Missing Portland Man’s Vehicle Turns Up at Horsetail Falls



PORTLAND, Ore. – Officers are searching for a 68-year-old Portland man who went missing on Saturday.

Police found Thomas Branch McAdams’ car parked at Horsetail Falls on Sunday, the Bureau’s Missing Persons Unit said.

McAdams is described as about 5-foot 11-inches tall, weighing 165 pounds, with gray hair and green eyes.

Family members said he likes to hike but he left his regular gear at home. It is also unusual for him to be gone overnight.

According to police, McAdams has been upset about some personal issues and has exhibited recent signs of memory loss.

Multnomah County Search & Rescue has been searching for him but they’ve yet to locate him.
